How can we help you?

Our Anxiety Treatment Programme is individually designed to help decrease your anxiety symptoms. We look at the causes of your anxiety and with our tailor made programme we look at measure to reduce your symptoms and gain control of your anxiety feelings.We can outline certain foods that may be triggering your panic feelings and design you an eating plan which will stabilise your blood sugar, minimising feelings of panic and weakness.

  • An Initial 60 minute clinic consultation
  • Food intolerance testing* on the second visit

  • Dietary advice and personal diet  plan that avoids’trigger’ foods
  • A recommended supplement plan ( includes one months supply bowel supplements)
  • Check for vitamin and mineral deficiencies

  • Four  follow up sessions   to monitor and review progress and  adjust  your  diet every 3 weeks
