During my son’s first 10 months of life he struggled with itchy, sore eczema, blotchy skin, irritability during sleep and difficulty feeding. I went to the GP several times but felt dismissed with Gavison and emollients which were doing nothing for my son. My gut told me something wasn’t right, so I went on Google to search for an allergy specialist, specifically a specialist that treated babies. I was so relieved to find Caroline!
I emailed Caroline with my concerns and I received a prompt reply with confidence that she would be able to help my baby. I was so relieved! When we met with Caroline, she had so much knowledge about food allergies and how this can affect a baby’s skin, mood, digestive system, sleep and feeding. I was so impressed that Caroline had such a great insight and this filled me with confidence that my son would improve.
Caroline used kinesiology to identify what allergies or intolerances my son had. I was a bit dubious of kinesiology… but only because I had not heard of it. However, I was happy to try it for my son because I felt so confident with Caroline’s knowledge and experience. I am amazed to say that after being advised of which foods to avoid, my son was a different child within days! Kinesiology is scarily accurate! My son’s digestive system was much healthier, his eczema reduced, he slept so much better, he was a lot more happy/relaxed and fed so easily.
We have been back to Caroline for several appointments to see if could gradually incorporate more food groups into my son’s diet and under her brilliant guidance, we have been able to! My son still has to avoid dairy and this might be permanent. However, as long as he is happy and healthy…. that’s all that matters.
