I’m a nutrition and food intolerance specialist with over 25 years’ experience helping people restore their health, energy and confidence through personalised nutrition support.
My work combines clinical knowledge with a deeper understanding of how the body responds to food, stress and lifestyle.
My interest in health began while living in the USA, where I first came across naturopathy – a natural , whole-body approach to to health and healing.
I later spent two years in Japan, where I experienced first-hand how a clean , balanced diet can transform energy, mood, skin and concentration.
These experiences influenced the foundation of the work I do today.
After losing my Mum to oesophageal cancer at age 59 following years of digestive issues, I felt a strong pull to understand the root causes of illness, not just treating symptoms on their own.
This lead me to train professionally in nutrition and obtain a distinction in Nutrition and Allergy Therapy. Since then I have dedicated my work to helping others to avoid the same struggles as my Mum.
I also went on to do further studies in Biomedicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Birmingham, followed by regular Professional Development Courses including children’s health , infertility , gut health, menopause and thyroid disorders.
Since I began my work in May 2000, I have helped countless clients of all ages improve their health.
Not only with my training in nutrition and food intolerances , but with my passion and knowledge for finding the root cause of symptoms.
Helping clients recover their health, whether it is digestion , migraines or eczema is why I love what I do.
