My 6 week Anxiety Management Course will help you to understand, manage and overcome anxiety in a supported environment. It will offer you practical tools and guidance to take control of your anxiety.

I suffered daily panic attacks after the death of my Mother 30 years ago. Since that time, I have learned to understand what causes anxiety, how to ease the symptoms and live a calmer, anxiety free life. I will be sharing my 30 years of experience of overcoming anxiety and panic attacks to help you live a life free of anxiety.

  • Identifying Triggers and Causes of anxiety
  • How to manage anxiety through lifestyle changes and self care
  • How diet impacts anxiety and foods and supplements that help calm the nervous system

  • Sustaining progress and creating your own Anxiety Action Plan
