I am pleased to announce our next Anxiety and Stress Management Workshops in February. This will be a three hour workshop on Saturday 9th February from 10 am – 1.00 pm.
The workshop is aimed at helping anyone suffering with overwhelming stress, anxiety or panic attacks. I will be sharing my own personal story of anxiety and panic attacks and teaching you the tools I learnt to help overcome the often debilitating symptoms of stress and anxiety which resulted in a nervous meltdown over 20 years ago.
The workshops will be run by myself and although relaxed and informal , will be filled with practical tools and interactive at times. Here is the information about the workshops. Looking forward to sharing my knowledge with you if you think you are feeling overwhelmed or under pressure which is having a negative effect on your health , work or family relationships.

- Learning how your emotions and thoughts affect your anxiety and how to control them
- Nutritional tools and tips to help reduce feelings of anxiety or panic
- Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help calm your nerves and reduce anxiety
