How can we help you?
Our Anxiety Treatment Programme is individually designed to help decrease your anxiety symptoms. We look at the causes of your anxiety and with our tailor made programme we look at measure to reduce your symptoms and gain control of your anxiety feelings.We can outline certain foods that may be triggering your panic feelings and design you an eating plan which will stabilise your blood sugar, minimising feelings of panic and weakness.
- An initial 90 minute consultation, complete with diagnosis
- Dietary advice and personal diet plan that avoids ‘trigger’ foods
- A recommended supplement plan (includes all supplements)
- Checks for vitamin and mineral deficiencies
- Advice on food intolerances and foods that stabilise blood sugar
- Four one hour follow up sessions to monitor and review progress and adjust your diet every 3 weeks
- The programme costs £295.00 (can be paid in full or in two instalments)
- A £45.00 deposit is required to book the programme and will be deducted from the total at the first appointment.
Optional (but recommended) : two hypnotherapy sessions to help reinforce your new confidence and help reduce negative thought patterns
